Hi all,

Below are a few more pictures of Katie taken in the past couple of weeks. She is growing! Enjoy, and thanks for all the well wishes.

John and Karen

Katie's hand. Tiny, but big for her size, as are her feet. This was clearly taken while she was asleep, because it is not a-blur with motion. She is a wiggly one!

Katie with Mom's thumb as a sleep aid...

One of the few moments in all our lives that she is not in our arms. Or on our tummies. Or on our lap. Or against our shoulders. Or on our knees. Major touch baby.

Baby enjoys being in motion, and Mom enjoys housework. No really, she enjoys housework. It is a change from hold, burp, feed, sleep. The old HBFS routine.

Dad with Katie in sunlight...

She starts to see that other things exist in the world besides faces, and Hallowwen decorations. She is watching Dad play the piano here. Patient baby...

Katie watches spider legs on the ceiling. Not real spider legs, but a giant crate paper spider left over from Halloween that spans about 15 feet of the ceiling. She loves the black on white contrast, and the movement in the breeze created by Mom and Dad. Visitors' eyes look up in slight puzzlement and fear as they enter, not from the decoration, but from the parents who leave it up!

The changing table is great fun for Katie, and dodgeball for John and Karen at times. That is an exaggeration, but everything is at this stage. However, things are starting to get easier, and Katie often shrieks in delight while looking up from the table. Extremely cute!

Considering what to have for her next meal. Choices are limited, little one...

One of her faces that have us mesmerized...

Really asleep. Ready for a long nap, 3 hours sometimes. We'll send more when she wakes up!
